Isla Verde Puerto Rico

Isla Verde is locateislad at the far east end of San Juan's Tourist Zone.  It is a crescent shaped beach area lined by a single roadway.  Many world-class resorts are found along the strip, including El San Juan, the Ritz Carlton, and the Intercontinental.  This area exemplifies the "resort" experience.

Isla Verde's beaches are smooth, sandy and tropical.  A protective reef guarantees a calm swimming experience.

Isla Verde is crescent-shaped extending uninterrupted along a pristine tropical beach.  Small bars and resatuarnts line the beach.  Many of the resorts have water parks which offer fresh water alternatives to the ocean.

There are very few shopping or restaurant options within walking distance in Isla Verde.  Most travellers staying in Isla Verde prefer the "resort" experience to the more urban experience of Old San Juan or the  nightlife experience that characterizes Condado.
